Privacy Policy
Template notice. This is a starting-point privacy policy. Before you take any customer payments or process EU/California traffic, have an attorney review and customize this for your operation.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form on alluqi.ai we collect: your name, company name, email, phone number (if provided), the SKU you selected, your preferred deployment model, and any notes you wrote about your business needs.
We also automatically log standard server data: your IP address, browser type, the page you came from, and timestamps. This is used to prevent abuse and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request
- To prepare a fixed-price quote and deploy timeline
- To follow up if we haven't heard back in 7 days
- For internal sales pipeline tracking
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit opt-in.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our private Discord channel and email inbox. We retain quote requests for 2 years for sales follow-up, then delete them. You can request deletion sooner by emailing mike@alluqi.ai.
Customer data on deployed systems
Once you become an Alluqi.AI customer, your operational data (calls answered by Front Desk, documents indexed by Brain, etc.) is governed by the separate Master Services Agreement we sign at install. For on-prem deployments, your data never leaves your building. For cloud deployments, your data is routed through frontier-model providers under their business-tier terms (no training, no human review).

This site uses minimal cookies — just what's needed to remember your light/dark theme preference. No analytics cookies. No tracking pixels. No third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email mike@alluqi.ai and we'll respond within 14 days.
