01 · Forms

What we collect

The website offers two different request paths. Fields marked optional are collected only when a visitor chooses to provide them.

Private early-access form

Name, email, optional company or project, operating platform, optional current runtime, and goals for evaluating Alluqi Bridge.

Deployment quote form

Deployment goal, team size, model strategy, current hardware and hardware location, data sensitivity, integrations, support needs, contact details, timing, optional budget, and optional notes.

02 · Notifications

How form information is delivered

The visitor's browser sends a form submission to the Alluqi web server. When enabled, the server attempts an internal, server-side email containing the submitted form information and source IP address so Alluqi can review and respond to the request. This email is not public.

Delivery depends on the configured server email system. A successful on-screen response confirms that the request workflow accepted the submission; it is not a promise of admission, service, or a response timeline.

Keep secrets out of website forms.

Do not submit confidential information, credentials, private keys, access tokens, or other secrets through either request form.

03 · Form safety

Abuse prevention

The server uses the submitting source IP address for abuse prevention, including a short rate limit that reduces repeated automated submissions. This is an operational safeguard for the forms.

The forms also include a hidden anti-bot field, sometimes called a honeypot. Submissions that fill that field may be treated as automated and acknowledged without entering the normal notification workflow.

04 · Product boundary

Website forms are not deployment terms

Information entered on this website helps Alluqi understand a request. It does not set the processing location, model provider, infrastructure, or security controls for a future deployment.

Product and deployment data boundaries depend on the selected deployment or model strategy, the final configuration, and any separate written agreement. Cloud-only, private-only, hybrid, customer-site, and Alluqi Managed arrangements can have different data paths.
