01 · Public site

What this covers

These terms cover the Alluqi.AI website and product preview: public pages, informational materials, and the early-access and deployment request forms. They do not replace a signed agreement for customer work.

Website information can change as the product and service boundaries are refined. Site copy is informational and does not establish commercial or operational commitments for a customer environment.

02 · Private access

Early access is not a release promise

Alluqi Bridge remains in private early access. A website submission does not guarantee admission to the program or create a customer relationship.

A website submission also does not guarantee product availability, a public download, an App Store release, or a fixed delivery timeline.

03 · Separate agreements

Paid services require written terms

Customer configuration services and Alluqi Managed dedicated hosting require separate written agreements. A request form, product page, or website conversation is not that agreement.

Those separate agreements—not website copy—control the applicable:

• Scope and fees
• Infrastructure
• Hardware ownership and hardware location
• Support
• Data handling and security controls
• Backups
• Maintenance and upgrades
• Capacity and availability
• Liability
• Other commercial and operational terms

04 · Hosting boundary

Alluqi Managed is off-site hosting

Alluqi Managed dedicated hosting is hosted by Alluqi and is not on-prem at the customer location. Traffic leaves the customer network to reach that hosted environment.

The separate written agreement for a managed environment defines its infrastructure, data handling, security controls, operational responsibilities, and other service terms.

05 · Responsible use

Use the website responsibly

• Do not interfere with the website, server, forms, or access controls.
• Do not submit requests in bad faith, impersonate another person, or use the forms to harass.
• Do not republish Alluqi brand assets or site content as your own.
• Do not use the website to violate applicable law.
